Hesap silme
Uygulama: Talimo · Geliştirici: Yettik
3. Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız
Hesabın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@talimo.tr adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin.

Account deletion
App: Talimo · Developer: Yettik
1. App and developer
This page explains how you can have your account in the Talimo app, developed by Yettik, deleted. You do not need to install the app.
2. Deleting from the app
In Talimo (the Android app or the web version), tap the account circle at the top right, then go to General settings > Account > Delete my account and confirm with your password; your account is deleted permanently. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
3. If you cannot log in to the app
Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" from the account's registered email address to destek@talimo.tr.
4. Data deleted and data kept, retention periods
When your account is deleted:
- Deleted: your account, profile, the tasks you created (including those you gave to others) and their progress records, your notifications, templates, reminders, connections and the voice note/photo records and files you uploaded; your Technical Service team membership and the photos you added to calls (records and files).
- Kept: in the records of people who gave you tasks, your name and email are replaced with "Deleted user" wherever they can be reliably linked to you; the text of progress notes you wrote on other people's tasks stays in their records as part of that task. Your name may remain in some older notification texts that cannot be reliably linked to you. The text of feedback you sent remains, with the sender name changed to "Deleted user"; in-app notifications already sent to administrators may still contain your name or email address. The Technical Service team's machine, call, maintenance and fault cause records stay with the team; only their link to you is removed.
- Unfinished tasks assigned to you are closed as "cancelled" for the person who gave them, and that person is notified that "the user it was assigned to deleted their account" (your name is not included).
- Retention periods: copies in server logs are deleted automatically within at most 30 days, and copies in backups when the backups' retention period ends (within at most 12 months).
